The Group offers a full suite of EPCIC services which are customised to cater to the different needs of its customers in the oil and gas industry. These services are utilised at the exploration, development, production and post-production stages in an offshore oil and gas project and include:-

Some of Swiber's significant EPCIC projects include the contracts with Orbtech Offshore Sdn Bhd in 2002 and 2004 for an offshore oil development project at the West Patricia field in Sarawak, Malaysia, worth US$6.12 million. This initial success was followed quickly by another contract worth US$4.88 million with Sime Sembcorp Engineering Sdn Bhd in May 2005 involving the engineering, fabrication, transportation and launch of a jacket at an offshore site near Mumbai, India.

 - Designed and customised a barge to transport the components of a jacket
 - Transported the components of the jacket on our customised barge from Malaysia to India
 - Launched the jacket with our customised barge at the offshore site near Mumbai, India

In 2005, Swiber was awarded our first offshore EPCIC contract in Indonesia with TAC Pertamina PT. Pertalahan Arnebatara Natuna. The US$2.60 million project included the engineering and installation of a SPM buoy and the mooring system for an FSO; site surveys; project management, safety and risk analysis; and other marine support services for an oil and gas project in the Natuna Sea in Indonesia.

More recently in June 2006, Swiber secured an offshore EPCIC sub-contract worth US$15.75 million with Ramunia Fabricators Sdn Bhd ("Ramunia"), for a project at the Abu Cluster fields located offshore of Terengganu, Malaysia. Subsequently in July 2006, Swiber entered into a letter of intent valued at about US$4.38 million with Ramunia for yet another project at the same site.
