Kurush Contractor, President & CEO
Backed by more than 25 years of experience in the offshore industry, Mr. Kurush Contractor has joined the Group as the Chief Executive Officer for Kreuz Subsea in August 2008. He is currently spearheading the formation and growth of the Group's subsea activities including NDT inspection and Construction related work scopes. Previously, he has held the positions of Vice President and Senior Director with Global Industries for India and Middle East operations serving the Company for 11 years. Mr. Contractor is a BS graduate from Bombay University, India and a qualified commercial deep sea diver certified by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) of UK . He has worked offshore as a commercial deep sea diver, and in other supervisory positions prior to his move to the office with Rockwater/ Brown and Root in 1991. |
| Cyrus Cama, VP Operation
With over 18 years of subsea construction experience from India, Middle East, South East Asia and Europe has brought Mr. Cyrus Cama to Kreuz Subsea. Starting as a diver, he has over the years risen through the ranks as a Project and Operations Manager. Having worked with other leading offshore companies such as Rockwater, Coflexip Stena Offshore, Stolt Comex Seaways, Global Industries, Cyrus Cama is also a World Champion and Olympian Sailor. |

Sheldon Hutton, VP Installation
Mr. Sheldon Hutton is a world renowned and respected leader in the underwater construction business. For over 30 years, he has played a vital role in major project completions for Hyundai, Shell, Exxon, British Petroleum, Petro Canada, and Global Industries amongst many others. Starting his career as a Master underwater welder diver for deep offshore diving and as a technical advisor, Mr. Hutton developed and pioneered methods for providing cost effective successful completions of various kinds of subsea construction and installation, enabling oil companies and producers to get online faster and safely. Mr. Hutton attended Seneca College in Canada and studied welding to complement his diving qualifications. In 1999, Mr. Hutton also founded and is the Managing Director of the Canadian Professional Divers Association in Canada. |
| Kenny Zhang, Financial Controller
Mr Kenny Zhang is our Financial Controller and is in charge of supervising our Group's overall accounting and finance functions and other responsibilities such as liaising with the investment community, evaluating and driving capital market fund-raising exercises and reviewing potential investments as well as mergers and acquisitions opportunities. Mr Zhang has nine years of finance and audit experience. Prior to joining our Group, he was an audit manager with Deloitte & Touche LLP, Singapore for more than six years where he was responsible for leading audit teams in carrying out audits of various companies including companies listed on the Main Board of the SGX-ST. From 2001 to 2003, Mr Zhang worked as an audit assistant with TS Tay & Associates. Mr Zhang is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. |

Mr Rajeshkumar V Panchal, Projects Director
Mr Rajeshkumar V Panchal is our Projects Director and he is in charge of overseeing our subsea projects. Mr Panchal has been working in the offshore oil and gas industry for the last 14 years. He began as a senior field engineer in January 1996 with J. Ray McDermott S.A, working on a variety of subsea projects in India, Middle East and Asia. He joined Daraban Holdings Limited in Toronto, Canada, between January 2001 and December 2002 where he was a senior project engineer involved in the construction of industrial buildings in the Toronto and Buffalo area. In February 2003, he re-joined J. Ray McDermott S.A as a senior project operations engineer and was promoted to the post of division chief engineer. Between October 2005 and September 2008, Mr Panchal worked with Global Industries Offshore LLC as a project manager on various subsea projects. Mr Panchal graduated with a Bachelors of Engineering degree and has a Master of Technology in Civil Engineering degree with specialisation in Offshore Engineering. He is a member of the Institute of Engineers, India, the Indian Society of Technical Education and the Indian Society for Non-Destructive Testing, India. |
| Dr Jean-Yves Massimelli, QHSE Director
Dr Jean-Yves Massimelli is our QHSE Director. Dr Massimelli has been practising as an occupational health doctor with a specialisation in hyperbaric and diving medicine since 1990. Between 1990 and 2009, he worked as a specialised occupational health doctor for companies operating in various businesses and industries including companies engaged in subsea activities such as Comex S.A.. From 1999 to 2007, he was also the deputy general manager for a centre of public health and safety directive in France. Dr Massimelli has managed several certification projects integrating the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007 and has completed auditor training courses in respect of these three international standards. He is a qualified medical doctor with specialisations in occupational medicine, diving medicine, hyperbaric medicine, sports medicine and radiobiology radio protection and has obtained the Merchant Navy Medical Diploma. He is currently the hyperbaric consultant medical doctor for the French Institute National de Plongée Professionelle, a leading commercial diving training centre in Europe, and has also co-authored "Médecine et Risque au Travail - Guide du Médecin du Travail", a book on occupational medicine.

Mr. Robert McCormick Black, Operations Manager, ROV
Mr Robert McCormick Black is our ROV Operations Manager. He has been involved in the operations of ROVs for the last 15 years, performing various ROV operations such as inspection, drill support, dive support and survey activities. From August 2006 to March 2010, Mr Black was the ROV superintendent for Fugro-Rovtech Limited and from July 2005 to August 2006, he was the offshore manager of Hallin Marine Limited where he was in charge of supervising work class ROVs and carrying out pipelay surveys. Between April 1999 and July 2005, he was the offshore manager of Rovtech Limited in charge of observation class and light work class ROVs, performing platform inspections, drill support and dive support functions. From January 1995 to April 1999, he was an ROV supervisor and pilot for PR Offshore Services, performing various platform and ship-based inspection and diver support tasks. Mr Black has a Diploma in Nuclear Power Generation and Secondary Systems incorporating Reactor Physics and Health Physics, and is a qualified air diver. He is also a qualified Shipboard Safety Officer and Risk Assessor. |
| Ms Tan Mui Na, Accounting and Finance Manager
Ms Tan Mui Na is our Accounting and Finance Manager and is in charge of supervising our Group's accounting and finance functions. Prior to joining our Group in 2008, Ms Tan worked as an accountant in Ellipsiz Singapore Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of Ellipsiz Ltd, which is listed on the Main Board of the SGX-ST for one year where she assisted the finance manager in the management of accounts and group financial reporting. From 2006 to 2007, Ms Tan was a senior associate in KPMG Singapore and from 2003 to 2006, she was a senior associate in Ernst and Young, Malaysia. Ms Tan is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK, and the Malaysia Institute of Accountants. |
